自由術Our Story
The Art of Freedom.
Origin
Built in the gym.
Jiyū Jutsu started with Ak, a coach in Auckland who trains, coaches and referees. He wanted one place for the part the gym doesn’t teach: how to think, how to stay on track, how to show up when nobody’s watching.
It started as an Instagram page. Now more than 40,000 people follow it, and the Dojo has members on six continents.
We’re building the largest martial arts community online. A place where fighters, coaches and beginners from every gym and every country train together, push each other and grow.
Jiyū means freedom. The jutsu is the work it takes to get there.

Routine first. Freedom comes from it.
